Once you have signed the contracts and we have gained the necessary information from you we will create your listing including professional photographs. Your property will be live within 4-7 business days.

The cost of cleaning is not included in the fee but is 100% passed onto the guest.

Once your guest’s checkout a thorough walk through will be conducted. If we notice that is damaged or any issues, it will be raised with the guests. Any costs associated with damages will be passed onto the guest.

Yes. If your property is free the dates you require. You simply tell us and we block out the dates you want.

Yes. We encourage you to reach out to your tax agent and explore what you can and cant do.

BNB Management Co operates a 24 hour, 7 days a week number. Your guests have access to us, and any questions or concerns will be addressed immediately.

We have access to pricing software that allows us to gauge local area markets. The software that we use takes into account supply and demand in your area, and also allows us to gauge other comparable properties in the area.
